In 2021, our family dynamic shifted dramatically with the arrival of twins. As we returned to our demanding careers, the strain of balancing work and family life became increasingly apparent. Despite the comfort of our six-figure jobs, the constant juggle left us feeling unfulfilled and distant from our children, who were primarily raised in daycare.
